Shipping policy

1. General provisions

These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legally binding document that establishes the terms and conditions of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and the www.nutrifunctions.com electronic store managed by company "UAB "AJIZ Group", company code 302551674, registration address Pievų 9, Girkaliai, Klaipėdos r. 92372, Lietuva , +37069935269, email: info@ajizgroup.com, operating in accordance with the company's statutes (hereinafter - the "Seller"), mutual rights, duties and responsibilities when you purchase goods in the electronic store (hereinafter - the "e-store").

2. Validity of the contract

The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Confirm order" button, confirming the order of the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, the Buyer receives a confirmation that the order has been received and accepted. The purchase contract enters into force when the Buyer receives confirmation of the shipment of the goods or receives the goods.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations

3.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in the e-store, following these rules and the procedure established in the e-store.

3.2. The buyer is responsible for the reliability and accuracy of his data provided in the order form.

3.3. The buyer is responsible for all actions performed in the online store.

3.4. The buyer must immediately report any changes to his data in his registration form, i.e. update them immediately.

3.5. The buyer has the right to refuse the contract of purchase and sale of goods with the electronic store by notifying the seller in writing within 48 hours.

3.6. The buyer cannot refuse to accept the ordered goods without a valid reason. If this happens, the buyer must cover all shipping costs.

3.7. The buyer agrees to the rules of buying and selling in the online store and will follow them.

4. Rights and obligations of the seller

4.1. The seller must hand over the items to the buyer according to the purchase-sale agreement, i.e. for him to manage by right of ownership, and to confirm the ownership of things and their quality.

4.2. If the contract does not stipulate otherwise, the Seller must hand over the items together with their accessories and accessories in the same condition as it was at the time of the conclusion of the purchase - sale contract.

4.3. In the event of special circumstances, the Seller has the right to temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the e-store without notifying the Buyer in advance.

4.4. The Seller has the right to suspend the Buyer's ability to use the e-store or cancel the Buyer's registration without prior notice if the Buyer tries to damage the work or stable operation of the e-store.

4.5. The Seller may unilaterally change these rules.

4.6. The seller must deliver the goods ordered by the buyer to the address specified by the buyer within the agreed delivery period.

4.7. If the Seller cannot deliver the ordered product to the Buyer for important reasons, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid to the Buyer within 72 hours, if the Buyer has made an advance payment.

4.8. The seller provides all conditions for the buyer to properly use the services provided by the electronic store.

5. Price of goods and payment procedure

5.1. Products can be ordered in the online store www.nutrifunctions.com

5.2. When ordering goods, the Buyer fills out the order form (forms the order), pays for the goods by transferring money by bank transfer, paying through the Paysera payment system.

5.3. The Buyer is informed about the confirmation of the order and the ordered goods at the e-mail address specified in the order form or by phone.

5.4. The price of the goods does not include the cost of delivery.

5.5. The cost of delivery is calculated for each purchase separately. This is done automatically by the system. The e-shop www.nutrifunctions.com reserves the right to adjust the delivery price.

6. Product quality guarantee and return of defective or unsatisfied products

6.1. Products sold in the www.nutrifunctions.com online store are non-returnable.

7. Delivery of goods trough DPD. 

7.1. The seller sends the goods only after receiving payment for the ordered goods and for the delivery costs, unless otherwise agreed.

7.2. The goods in the www.nutrifunctions.com e-store are delivered within 2-14 working days from the day of payment.

7.3. The buyer receives the virtual products by e-mail.

8. Sending information

The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's order form. The buyer sends all messages and questions to the contacts in the online store www.nutrifunctions.com.

9. Privacy

All the Buyer's information entered into the www.nutrifunctions.com electronic store is private, therefore no information provided by the Buyer will be publicly published or distributed without the Buyer's consent. The seller reserves the right to disclose information to law enforcement authorities, if this does not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. If any provision of this Agreement is contrary to law or becomes partially or completely invalid for any reason, it shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of the Agreement. In such a case, the Parties agree to replace the invalid provision with a legally effective norm, which, as far as possible, would have the same legal and economic result as the changed norm.

10.2. The parties agree that the Seller may at any time transfer its rights and obligations arising from these Rules to third parties without the Client's consent and without notifying him.

10.3. All disagreements arising between the Customer and the Seller regarding the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute through negotiations within 30 (thirty) days from the day when one of the parties submitted to the other party a request to resolve the dispute, such dispute shall be finally resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania in the courts based on the location of the Seller's registered office.
